What Universe is
Universe is the shared substrate — the map, the ontology, the object model that every client engagement is mapped onto. It is maintained once, by us, and it compounds: every capability we build, every pattern we learn, strengthens the map for everyone who holds a region within it.
A constellation is your region within that Universe — access-gated, private, and entirely yours to feel ownership of. The map is ours; the region is theirs.
How it grows
Sell bounded, disconnected instances and each is an island — useful once, and forgotten. Sell one Universe with sovereign regions inside it, and the asset gains real value with every engagement, without exposing any client's region to another.
Every object in the Universe carries its own real state — live, built, specified, concept, or simply expected but not yet observed. Nothing is asserted that hasn't been verified. That discipline is the map's credibility.
